Choose litter box size using the cat’s nose-to-tail-base length, usable interior space, entry access, location and individual mobility.

Cats need room to enter, turn, dig, posture and leave without feeling constrained. Exterior dimensions can overstate usable space because of sloped walls, rounded corners, liners and inserts.
